Delivery and shipping information

Shipping in Norway (195,-NOK) and Global shipping by UPS Express (395,-NOK).

 

Once you place an order

All orders are shipped from Fjellhamar, Norway, every monday. Once your item is ready to be shipped I will send you a confirmation to your e-mail with information about your order. When your item is shipped I will then send you a second email with a shipping confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.

Normal delivery time (if nothing else is stated) is 2-3 business days within Norway, orders to Europe may take 3-6 working days and the rest of the world 3-8 days. If a product is sold out, please place an order. The delivery time on new orders may take up to 4-6 weeks since each item is carefully sculptured by hand. You will be notified in case of longer delay in delivery. You have the right to cancel the purchase regarding delays in delivery. If you wish to do so, please contact post@ofstedaleng.no

Please note that your orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Made-to-order

You can also request an special order/made-to-order. Any requests about made-to-order please contact the artist e-mail post@ofstedaleng.no, and the agreement will go from there. The estimated delivery time on made-to-order items will be notified in a separate e-mail regarding estimated delivery date. Please note that any special orders and made-to-order items are final and unable to cancel.

 Payment

• Payment are processed using a third party´s own payment gateways. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners cards are accepted.

Taxes & Duties

• Customs duties and VAT may incur for international orders, depending on your location.

• You can pre-pay taxes and duties at checkout for a guaranteed price.
